Take a moment, close your eyes and imagine yourself to be as sparkling and radiant as a perfect diamond. Envision your body healed and whole, as it glistens in a luminescent golden light that envelopes every cell of your being. Love abounds in your heart and the overflow becomes divine nectar that attracts all that is good into your life. This is not a fairy tale, but the vision God had when he created you. You are decadently divine, perfectly created and sculpted for a unique and amazing purpose.
I know it is hard to feel put together when life seems to be dragging you by the Jimmy Choos. In fact, a lump of coal may be a more accurate summation of how you perceive your present state of affairs. Rest assured, everyone has the power to transform their lives from lackluster to magnificent. Furthermore, it is your soul job to nurture, nourish, and allow your many gifts to be revealed. In other words, buffing and polishing unveils the magnificent gemstone within.
Time is of the essence on this quest to become your very best, so one must learn the keys that will open the doors to the kingdom.
- Visualize- Every gal has a vision of the Princess she desires to be, but few dare to realize this dream. An easy way to start this process is to write down words and find pictures that relate to the type of life you desire. Then start visualizing how it feels to live that life right now. Put forth energy every day to make steps towards realizing this vision.
- Communicate- It is difficult to have a rich relationship if one is not spending any quality time on it. If you desire positive change in your life, it is imperative to open your heart and pray. Do not be afraid, ask for all of your heart’s desires, request assistance with wisdom and guidance for your next steps and be open to self realization, healing and help with your mission and purpose. Prayer provides you with an opportunity to communicate with heaven, meditation gives heaven an opportunity to answer your questions. Meditation allows you to calm the waters of your mind so that you may receive guidance on all that you have been asking for.
- Right Action- Fill your heart with the spirit of giving and gratefulness for all that you have. Practice writing down ten items every day of things that fill your heart with sunshine. Being grateful is a magnet that attracts more of the same to enter your life. In addition, giving is receiving. Find new ways to give that you haven’t tried before. Besides love, try giving your time and attention, compassion, a warm smile, a kind word, help and assistance or start donating money or gifts to people in need.
- Love- Love yourself fully and completely, exactly as you are. There are many things you may want to tweak with your body and life, but be at peace with where you are and make steps towards the changes you would like to make. Eat healthier foods, exercise, and take time for yourself each day to do something that brings you pleasure. This allows you to create a more balanced body-mind connection. Use a language of love by speaking kind, gentle and encouraging words to yourself and others.
Four simple steps open the gateway for shedding unwanted layers that have become dry and bristly. As each flake sloughs off you become more aware of the light and beauty that already shines brilliantly within. By remembering and receiving the beauty that is already within you, you transform your life into the fairy tale that you once only dreamt about. Rejoice and celebrate your Best Ever You and ascend up the marble steps that lead toward your kingdom of divine living.
Love and Light~
