Prosperous Living

Economic turbulence has made walking naked in a blizzard sporting only your Jimmy Choo’s look like an adventure worth taking.  Did you know that it is spiritually right to be prosperous and abundant in all areas of your life?  The key that holds many back is that they do not understand that in order to receive externally, they must first be internally ready.  Sadly, if you don’t believe you are worthy of wealth you will be wearing the Payless special instead of those glamorous Choo’s.

Many people were trained to think that money is bad.  Growing up in households where money is perceived to be the root of all evil, starts you down a desolate path that may take an entire lifetime to disentangle from.  Or how about thoughts such as, rich people are greedy, only the poor go to heaven, you must work hard for money. These types of thoughts become so heavily ingrained into the subconscious that you create a lack-of lifestyle. The thought that struggling financially is somehow your lot in life is a sad misrepresentation of the truth.  These thought processes are illusions created by some very deep seated and painful teachings from various situations and circumstances you have encountered in your life.  It is not only spiritually right for you to be prosperous; God’s will for you is wealth.  Unfortunately, we have been conditioned in some way to believe that running on a deficit is normal, so without healing it manifest as truth every single day of your life.  Life is to enjoy, to have fun and to have the proper money flowing in so that you may have glorious experiences and live your life with purpose, passion and fulfillment.  It is time to break free of the chains that are binding you to a paycheck that is lackluster at best.

There are many ways to start, but you must first cleanse and heal the energy blocks that have created this limited patterning. You do this by energy healing, visualization, affirmations and creating a “millionaire mindset.”   The key is becoming internally ready to receive, because if your blocks are left unhealed you could win the lottery and be broke in the same year. It works such that if you receive large sums of money and do not feel worthy of having this type of money various things will occur so that whatever you receive goes flying out the door quicker than you can pay the taxes on it.  It matters not what you think in your conscious mind, it is the subconscious that draws the experiences to you.  So you can affirm all day long that you are beautifully abundant and still not have enough to pay the bills.  The energy blocks must be released to keep the money flowing fluidly and lavishly.

Giving is another way to become prosperous. Whatever it is that you want to receive is what you must first give.  So if it is money that you desire, I would recommend giving a minimum of ten percent of every dollar you earn.  Remember that this giving must be consistent and not a one gift deal.  Trust me when I tell you that if you start giving and then stop, you will find your money flow halting as well.  Giving and receiving work are reciprocal in nature. Many people fill their life with giving and forget that it is also healthy to receive.  If you are doing too much of one side, the other side becomes unbalanced and throws a wrench in the plans.

It is imperative to get specific about what it is you want.  Set definite goals and visions of how you desire to live and put forth energy to achieve these goals.  So many say affirmations or have general thoughts about what they want, but have not pinpointed exactly what it is that they desire.  Wanting a nice pair of shoes may bring you a pair of brown loafers when all along you were thinking a Tori Burch leopard flat.  Be very clear on your vision.

Think outside the box and fill your mind with plentiful thoughts.  There is not only one road of opportunity.  Working a full time job is honorable, but doesn’t necessarily equate to being wealthy or happy for that matter.  Do not fool yourself by thinking that one single company or person has control over your supply.  There are thousands of ways to open up the floodgates of money, but if your mind can only see one, then you are  halting the creative process which brings forth many rich ideas.  Multiple streams of income are paramount to financial success these days.  Work your full time job, but also, invest in land, houses and have a world class money manager.  Extend the relationships that you do have by network marketing and joining an affiliate program.  In addition, find a way to creatively sell your ideas via products and services.

And finally, invest in success.  Surround yourself with prosperous people.  I always say that you are who you hang out with and financially you are the average of the five people you hang out with the most. I am not saying ditch your friends, I am saying that you need to start living life as if you have already arrived to the desired destination.  Read books on prosperity and learn how others have done this in their life, get coaching from millionaires who have had sustained wealth for at least seven years, seek out wealthy people to work for and be friends with.

Abundance is all around regardless of what the economy is doing.  The question, is are you going to continue to see loss of jobs, lowering of 401K plans and no yearly bonus as another excuse to complain or are you going to open your eyes to the truth that regardless of what is going on around you there are many millionaires blooming.  Healing your energy and incorporating a mindset of abundance is a key for true fulfillment.  When you decide to take that key and unlock your prosperity door, do not forget to be grateful for all that you have been given.  Gratefulness in the present leads to abundance in the future. Live richly and freely by filling your heart with love, your soul with light and your thoughts with prosperity.
