Inner abundance reflects

Everything and every single person is made up of energy and so is the money you have and receive. We create our reality through the thoughts we think and the emotions we express, so you will understand the reality you are currently experiencing is of your own creation.

Your outer world (reality) is a clear reflection of your inner world or to be more specific the reality you experience reflects what’s inside. Your thoughts, feelings and desires, still don’t feel you’re getting what you want to attract?

Actually you are getting it and this simple quote tells you all you need to know: Where focus goes energy flows; your thoughts and emotions are like focused energy and they all work to bring about creation of that which it seems you want.

If you take it one step further and talk about what you don’t like then you are putting even more emotion to it. That means more focused energy and more energy + creation, and like as you know attracts like and your outer world is a reflection of that.

Take a fire for example, it burns both inside and out even though you can’t see it burning on the inside doesn’t mean it isn’t. If a fire is burning inside and there is nothing to burn on the outside does not mean it’s not still burning.

Just because you can not see it does not mean a thing and if you were to put fuel on it it would relit quick enough. Because it’s still in there and all it takes is a little fuel to make it go again and burn it will.

Another way to look at it is this, a fire is usually started (lit) on the outside but it can not stay lit outside if it’s not burning inside. So the flame has to travel inward in order for the fire to continue to burn. Now you might put the fire out on the outside but unless you put it out on the inside it stays lit.

So if you feel and think in terms of lack it will be reflected in your reality daily and if you think “all I see is lack!” That’s all you will keep seeing because you keep affirming it and it will keep on appearing because you continue to affirm it in an endless cycle.

It can go on and on until you refuse to affirm it and start changing your thoughts by being grateful for what you have. Take the example of the fire and light a fire inside of you with passion and desire for what you want and gratitude what for you already have.

Fuel that desire with faith and confidence, just focus on the inside and don’t worry about the outside. Think of the image of a crystal when light hits it, it radiates a bright array of colors that goes until it touches something.

Usually when there is light shining on a crystal the light shines through it and reflecting back  mirroring a rainbow effect. Put that crystal in a sun filled room and it will reflect rainbows of radiant light throughout the whole room.

When you want to manifest abundance, your inner world has to be abundant right? So imagine yourself as that crystal and make your inner world being just as abundant and radiant as the light of the crystal does with room when light shines through it.

Fuel your inner world with strong confident belief and put a color to the image of YOU being an all energy and light receiving crystal being. Nurture it and imagine it growing and glowing brighter and brighter with all of the loving care you give self.

Image your light start to expend outward and hold it, let it grow as fast or as slow as it wants to just care for it always. Take your time and give the light thoughts and feelings of abundance and love and always feel that you are abundant inside.

Hold the image of you being abundant, close your eyes and take a slow deep breath while holding it imagine your sucking out all negativity as you exhale. Then slowing release it with a deep breathe out, take another deep breath and draw into you positive abundance with each new breath.

Image that every time you draw in a breath you are fueling the light to your inner fire and it glows brighter every time. Allow it to just be and let it take deep root there until it radiates outward when it’s ready.

When you feel abundant inside you will reflect it on the outside though it may take a while. It also takes a while to become either negative or positive since you do not start out negative as a child. It took a while for you to become so and as such so it will take time to become positive again.

Just remember this though since everything is energy you can pick up on other people’s energy and feed off of it. So it is very important to surround yourself high energy happy, health and wealthy kind of people, IF that’s what you want to be.

Because that energy will travel inward and no matter how energetically happy and abundant you may feel. If you don’t at some point surround yourself with people who are a match to you and/or that which you want to be/become.

Your abundant energy will be put out by negative people, because nothing that I know of sucks your positive energy quite like a negative person, and their negative energy. It’s energy for energy and if it’s negative then you need to replace it with positive energy and an abundant mind set/positive mental attitude and mentally positive friends and coworker.

So want that abundant lifestyle still? Be abundant inside and the rest will come.
