The Past Does Not Exist!

There is no such thing as our past as there is no future. There is only the presence, the current moment, the Now! Every experience that reminds you of your past is actually a thought, a feeling, that you activate in the moment. If this happens often you tend to live in the past. You let your current experience be dominated by your past, which can be quite upstream so to speak. We are so conditioned by past experiences which are activated again and again in the current moment that we can get stuck. But how do you get out of it?

Whenever a past experience determines the way you feel about something you can deliberately choose a better thought that is much more suitable for the current moment. You have to train yourself in doing so, which will require a bit of effort. Don’t get scared by it, it’s normal when you want to break an old habit and experience the Now the way you want to, which is already a long time in your vibrational escrow. I am off course referring to an unwanted feeling or thought that you experience. On the other side of this stick you clearly know what you do want. you just need to train yourselves to focus on the end of the stick where the wanting is, and not let the unwanted side guide you.

Does this mean you have to ignore all of your past experiences? No. There are plenty of very beautiful feelings and thoughts which are part of your experience which can be activated to help you align yourselves and to guide you into the vortex of well-being and appreciation. Everybody has clear examples, mostly regarding people who are close to them, like our parents, children, brothers and sisters and close friends. Whenever a thought and feeling is activated within you by a past experience which is upstream, focus on the experience you have of that person that brings thoughts and feelings of appreciation and love. This will help align you with who you really are, and then when you make that person the focus of your attention you reflect this alignment on this person and act as a catalyst for them. This will have a very positive effect on the way you experience the current moment you share with that person.

If you apply this on the Law of Attraction you will begin to understand more the that Source Energy, your Inner Being, your vibrational escrow also only exists in the current moment. When you really want something Source Energy already manifests immediately within that vibration waiting for you to align to it. This explains why there is no given timeline for any manifestation to actually show up, because it was already there the moment you put it into your vibrational escrow. You can align or not, but the manifestation will always be there, as it is not in the past nor in the future, but just in the current moment, the Now.

   Of course I can train and also I think, I pray and have great faith, as has been scientifically proven that prayer also done well, and makes us forget the bad things.
   because the deposit can be controlled vibration or focus in search of my self.
   and of course with the law of attraction, there lies the essence or magic.

       Why live in humility? I would rather choose to live in respect and appreciation. But maybe it is just my interpretation of the word ‘humility’. .
